Design

Because we grew up working on building sites, we know what works, and what’s practical to build. We design sites and specify homes with build-ability in mind, saving time in the construction phase.

Build

Once we have approval, we use offsite construction and precast wall panels to save valuable time on site. These modern construction techniques mean we build homes 30% faster than with traditional building methods.

Licensing with Lydon

As a landowner with planning permission, you can maximise the financial return from your land by licensing with Lydon. We look after the entire process from design through to construction and sales, so you benefit without development risks or the day-to-day project management. Choose from one of two payment structures: licence site fees paid incrementally as each unit is finished and sold, or an upfront deposit that unlocks capital early, with ongoing payments as units are sold.
