Role Purpose
To oversee and manage all on-site activities for apartments, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, within budget, and meets high quality standards. This role combines strategic site management with hands-on supervision of crews and subcontractors
Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
- Plan, organise, and manage daily site operations
- Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and senior management

Team Leadership:
- Supervise site staff and subcontractors
- Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity

Health & Safety Compliance:
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks

Maintain risk assessments and ensure compliance with apartment-specific
standards (e.g. fire safety and working at height)

Quality & Progress Monitoring:
- Inspect work for apartment quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain daily logs and progress reports for phased completions

Resource Management:
- Oversee material orders, deliveries, and equipment usage
- Control costs and minimise waste
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as Site Manager / General Foreman on apartment or multi-unit residential projects
- Knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards for residential developments
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Safe Pass, & First Aid)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to interpret apartment-specific technical drawings and plans
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
Additional Requirements:
- Full driving license
- Safe Pass
- Flexibility to travel between sites if required
