As Lydon Group continues to expand its residential development portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team.

This senior leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple residential developments from construction through to completion and handover. The successful candidate will work closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, utility providers, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project delivery and programme management
• Coordination of design teams and consultants
• Construction and site interface management
• Utilities and infrastructure delivery
• Planning compliance and statutory approvals
• Completion, handover, and Taking in Charge processes
• Risk management and stakeholder engagement

We are looking for a proven construction professional with extensive experience delivering large-scale residential developments in Ireland, ideally across multi-phase projects.
