In a career spanning over 30 years, Anthony has overseen the development of more than 5,000 homes in Dublin and its surroundings. He leads his team in delivering modern, sustainable housing projects, managing all elements from site acquisition to the handover of completed units. Anthony successfully guided Kilcarbery Grange, a 1,034-unit development, through public procurement and managed its construction. When not working, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid Liverpool fan, frequently attending games and other sporting events.

Pearse oversees every part of the development process, from site acquisition to project completion. For over 30 years, he has successfully delivered more than 5,000 residential and commercial units across the greater Dublin area. His skill in liaising with local authorities has helped to deliver impactful projects while fostering strong community and governmental relationships. Pearse holds multiple certifications in construction management and safety. In his spare time, he enjoys football and rugby, and spending time with his family.

Mairtin has over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial property development. As a director at Lydon, he played a pivotal role in delivering over 5,000 high-quality homes across the greater Dublin area. His extensive knowledge of construction helps him to lead large-scale modern and sustainable housing projects. One of his most notable achievements was negotiating bulk sales to AHBs and managing the handover process. Outside of work, Mairtin enjoys travel and attending sporting events.

Conor has a strong background in managing and delivering large-scale residential and commercial property developments in a 25-year career in construction. His accomplishments include securing many developments through the licence model, leading to significant growth for the group. Conor’s ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and deliver sustainable, modern housing developments has cemented his reputation as an influential figure in the industry. When not working, he enjoys staying active and travelling with his family.

Stephen oversees key parts of the development process at Lydon, including financial planning, site acquisition, and project completion. A highly skilled development professional with over 10 years of construction industry experience, he has been instrumental in driving the group’s growth by securing key acquisitions and managing tendering processes for large-scale developments. Stephen’s skill in coordinating various stakeholders has led to successful outcomes of many projects. His hobbies include rugby, travel, and hiking.

Nick oversees the group finance function, managing the financial side of large-scale real estate development projects. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has worked in real estate financial management, investment and corporate governance for more than 10 years, in PLCs and private equity environments. Nick has managed €2 billion of real estate assets across Ireland and the UK, coordinating development financing and reporting and overseeing complex financial operations. Outside of work, Nick is a keen golfer and enjoys spending time with his young family.

Pat’s expertise spans quantity surveying, project management, and commercial oversight. For more than 20 years, Pat played a pivotal role in delivering many large-scale residential and commercial projects with a similar-sized family builder. He holds distinctions in Project Management and Construction Law from Trinity College Dublin, complementing his technical background. An avid football and hurling enthusiast, Pat is a mentor with Lucan Sarsfields GAA. He also enjoys staying active in the gym and playing golf.
