How you benefit

Choose from one of several flexible structures to meet your needs. With profit sharing, we develop the land together once planning permission is secured, so you benefit from the higher land value without the upfront planning or project management costs. With a licensing model, you grant a licence to build and sell homes once planning is in place, and you can either receive a deposit upfront with further site fees as units sell, or incremental payments. Alternatively, you can arrange to sell the land after planning permission is granted, giving you a clear exit strategy to benefit from the increased land value without seeing out the development process.
