Lydon builds new garden for St Michael’s House Templeogue and Rogha Services
Lydon is proud to have played a pivotal role in bringing the St Michael’s House and Rogha Adult Day Services Sensory Garden in Templeogue to life, a vibrant, inclusive outdoor sanctuary thoughtfully crafted to awaken the senses and foster connection, relaxation, and joy for individuals, families, and staff alike.
Through careful planning and collaboration, the garden has been beautifully transformed to include accessible pathways, sensory planting zones, welcoming seating areas, and interactive features that reflect the values of inclusion, care, and community at the heart of St Michael’s House and Rogha Adult Day Services.

Lydon partners with the Land Development Agency (LDA) to deliver 345 affordable homes at Priory Fields, Skerries
Lydon is proud to announce our partnership with the Land Development Agency (LDA) on Priory Fields, a major new residential development in Skerries, Co. Dublin. This project will deliver 345 affordable homes, supporting the Government’s Housing for All strategy and addressing the growing demand for high-quality, affordable housing.
The development will offer a balanced mix of homes, including:
- 101 social homes
- 117 cost rental homes
- 127 affordable purchase homes
This ensures a wide range of options for individuals and families.
In addition to housing, Priory Fields will foster a well-rounded and sustainable community, featuring:
- A crèche and dedicated community space
- Safe pedestrian and cycle routes
- Road and junction upgrades to improve safety and connectivity
- A landscaped, nature-based drainage system that doubles as a green space, enhancing biodiversity and providing an attractive amenity for residents
Located just a 10-minute walk from Skerries train station and close to the town centre, Priory Fields offers excellent access to transport, schools, and local services.

Lydon and Tuath Housing Open the Newly Refurbished Metges Road Community Room in Navan, Co. Meath.
Last Tuesday, Mayor of Navan, Cllr Eddie Fennessy officially opened the newly refurbished Metges Road Community Room in Navan, Co. Meath. Gifted by developer Lydon for use by residents of nearby Knightsbrook, Dunville House and Metges Road, the space will be used to hold cultural events, workshops and educational programmes.
Cllr Fennessy was joined by representatives from Louth & Meath ETB and Tuath Housing to share a few words in celebrating this new community amenity. Residents and staff were also joined by Community Gardaí who spoke about their role in the area, while a children’s entertainer painted faces, made balloons and played music.
Tuath would like to thank all partners who contributed to the delivery of this new community space, made possible through developer Lydon’s generosity and through continued partnership with Meath County Council. It is hoped that these shared amenities will provide an opportunity for residents and staff to connect as we continue to develop strong and sustainable communities across Ireland.
Lydon and Maplewood Raises €20,000 for Scoil Mochua Clondalkin CRC with Charity Football Match
[Clondalkin, Dublin, 18th November 2025] – Lydon and Maplewood, leading providers of residential developments in Ireland, proudly announces the success of its recent charity football match, which raised an impressive €20,000 for Scoil Mochua Clondalkin CRC. This incredible achievement reflects both companies’ unwavering commitment to supporting local communities and empowering children with disabilities.
The charity football match took place at Sacred Heart Football Club in Tallaght, bringing together Lydon and Maplewood staff, supporters, and members of the local community for a day of fun, teamwork, and fundraising. The event saw an enthusiastic turnout, with thrilling on-field action complemented by family-friendly activities, raffles, and refreshments.
Scoil Mochua Clondalkin CRC, operated by the Central Remedial Clinic, provides specialised education and therapy for children with physical disabilities and complex needs. The funds raised will directly support the school’s programs, ensuring continued access to vital resources and services for its students.
